Search Queries
Terms entered in a sponsored search box pass to the outside provider that operates it. The provider processes the request under its own policy. Washington County Court Docket does not keep a local log of names or case numbers typed into that tool.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message and return address may be retained long enough to answer and manage the correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.

No Court-Record Data on File
Washington County Court Docket does not host or sell a database of personal case records. It publishes general information about Alabama court access, the Washington County Circuit Clerk, and official docket routes. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report. Alabama's public-record statutes and the Alabama Court-Record Privacy and Confidentiality Rules govern official custodians, not a private site's possession of records it does not hold.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the sponsored search tools. Their privacy statements, retention rules, terms, and fees apply once information is submitted. Review the provider's terms before running a search because Washington County Court Docket cannot control that processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Alabama courts, the Washington County Circuit Clerk, other government sources, or private services. The destination's policy controls after a visitor leaves this site. Advertising providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across services.
